Her approach combines practical HR expertise, strong commercial acumen and a unique ability to navigate complexity. Lana has lived and worked throughout regional Western Australia for her entire career but proudly considers the Pilbara home. Karratha, in particular, brought her life’s greatest purpose: her partner, her children, lifelong friendships and a deep sense of clarity about the impact she wanted to make. Today, she remains passionate about helping organisations build stronger leaders, stronger cultures and stronger workplaces across regional Australia and beyond.
As Lana approaches the final phase of her career, she turns her focus onto the legacy she wants to leave behind. Her legacy within the HR profession, improving the Employee Experience and Building better leaders.
