Coaching agreement terms

Because we want to ensure the best value for you, and ensure we can hit the ground running, our process is as follows.

Under our coaching agreement terms, you will have access to:

An initial contracting meeting to ensure we are a good fit
A coaching agreement for both parties to sign
Agreement on a certain number of sessions
Scheduled sessions to ensure compliance
Reports back to organisation if required
Decision point – extend or cease

Hi, I’m Lana and I started Beyond the Curve Consulting in 2015 after 15 years of proven experience in the HR field. Myself and my team at Beyond the Curve offer a full suite of HR function support services covering both white- and blue-collar workforces.
