Under our coaching agreement terms, you will have access to:

  • An initial contracting meeting to ensure we are a good fit
  • A coaching agreement for both parties to sign
  • Agreement on a certain number of sessions
  • Scheduled sessions to ensure compliance
  • Reports back to organisation if required
  • Decision point – extend or cease
